Complete personal setup and understand login, signing and account access.
Start from your invitation
Product location: /login. Use the sign-in address supplied by your organisation; complete the configured login method.
Use your organisation's invitation or sign-in address. Follow the available password, passkey or single sign-on method. The choices depend on your organisation's configuration; a missing password option can be intentional when SSO is required.
After signing in, the personal setup wizard presents the stages available for your account. The usual sequence is Details, Login, Signing, Notifications and Done; Signing can be omitted until the organisation's signing infrastructure is ready.
Complete your personal stages
Product location: /user-onboarding
In Details, enter your first and last name and, where appropriate, department and job title.
In Login, review the offered security options. Add a passkey or configure multi-factor authentication where available; follow the browser or authenticator prompts to finish registration.
In Signing, when offered, set up the personal credential used for signing actions. Read the distinction below before assuming a login passkey fulfils this step.
In Notifications, review how you want to receive notifications.
At Done, finish the wizard and continue to your available modules.
Optional security and notification choices can be revisited from personal settings. Organisation policy and your permissions still apply.
Separate login from signing
Product location: /settings/my-account/security. Review login credentials; use the signing-credential controls described in this section.
A login passkey gets you into your account. A signing credential is used when an action requires your electronic signature. Setting up one does not necessarily set up the other.
The signing step can depend on organisation setup being complete. If it is unavailable, finish the permitted steps and return to Settings, Security later. Skipping setup does not grant permission to approve documents.
Resume or recover access
Product location: /login. Use the sign-in address supplied by your organisation; complete the configured login method.
Not now postpones the setup reminder; Don't show again suppresses it. Use the corresponding personal settings pages to make changes later.
If the session expires through inactivity or an administrator invalidates it, sign in again. When SSO logout reports an incomplete sign-out, follow its instruction to close the browser completely before using another account. For a missing invitation, disabled account or incorrect role, contact your organisation's administrator.
