Risk Templates, under Risk Register, lists the saved starting points provisioned with your scoring methodologies. Search by title or code, and filter by Status: Active, Inactive or All. The page opens on the active templates.
If other modules created risks that need a human check, a banner shows how many are awaiting review. Choose Review now to list them, then review each one; see review a risk created by another module.

Residual risk level Critical, status Active, then the same view for High: the risks that remain serious after controls. Save both as views for your management review.
Review due Overdue: the reviews your team owes.
Source set to the Quality module, status Pending Review: risks raised from Quality forms that nobody has checked yet.
