Choose source material
Product location: /training/courses. Create or open the intended course.
Open Training, then Courses and Create with AI.
Search Source documents by name or code.
Select up to five readable source documents. Both authored documents and uploaded documents can be available.
Select Continue to assistant.
Explain the audience, learning objective and the practice or knowledge the learner should demonstrate.
If no readable sources appear, check the document's content or adjust the search. Selecting a similarly named document without checking its identity can ground the entire draft in the wrong material.
Review the editable draft

Inspect the course outline, module types, wording, source facts and completion requirements in the editor. The assistant creates editable drafts; it does not publish the course for you.
For a quiz, review the questions and answer key and use the normal Make quiz gradable workflow. AI-suggested question text alone does not make a quiz playable. For an AI comprehension module, write concrete Expected points (grading rubric) and choose its minimum score. Required comprehension modules need a nonempty rubric.
Map to requirements

Use Map to requirements with AI to request proposed requirement mappings. Review each proposed requirement and its fit before confirming it; the proposal step does not automatically establish coverage or save every suggestion.
Finish with a learner preview and the normal publication checks. Where wording conflicts with your approved source document, correct the course or ask the document owner to resolve the source first.
