Record a supervised demonstration against the module’s assessment criteria.
Learner: request a review
Product location: /training/my-training. Open the intended assigned course or practical module.
Open the practical module from your assigned training. Read the criteria under You'll be assessed on and complete the demonstration with the appropriate supervisor. Add an optional note explaining what you demonstrated, when and where, then select Request sign-off.
The module remains Awaiting supervisor sign-off until an authorised approver acts. A preview does not create a request or record competence.
Approver: evaluate the request
Product location: /training/sign-offs
Open Training, then Sign-offs.
Check the learner, course, request time, note and any required approver role.
Review the actual demonstration and supporting evidence.
Choose Approve, confirm every configured criterion and add useful attestation notes.
Select Confirm sign-off.
If the criteria were not met, choose Decline, give the required reason and confirm the decline. The learner can address the feedback and request sign-off again.
Configure the assessment
Product location: /training/courses/{id}/edit (fallback: /training/courses). Open the practical module settings.
The author can specify an Approver role and observable Assessment criteria. Leaving the role unset allows an otherwise authorised approver; it does not make every user an approver. An empty criteria list uses a holistic sign-off with notes.
If another approver already handled the request, inspect the refreshed result rather than trying to repeat it. A practical demonstration has no self-completion button for the learner.
