Choose the conversation

Open AI project planner and choose the task: agree the shape, draft a project, replan after a change, plan a phase, design workshops or write a status narrative. Talk through my projects helps examine the current position and possible consequences.
Give the assistant the objective and relevant constraints. Review its use of the real project, standards and milestones rather than assuming it has inferred every commitment.
Inspect proposed changes
Product location: /planner/{planId}/revisions (fallback: /planner)
Open Proposed changes and expand a numbered proposal. Read its rationale and each addition, change, removal, link or dependency operation. Removing an item can also remove work beneath it, so inspect the affected hierarchy.
The conversation alone does not apply a proposal. Accept and apply makes the listed changes and recalculates the schedule. Reject keeps the project unchanged and retains the proposal for later review.
Check the resulting project
Product location: /planner/{planId}/timeline (fallback: /planner)
After acceptance, inspect the changed items and overview diagnostics, including pinned-date conflicts, circular dependencies and workload warnings. Review the source records for linked work if dates disagree.
Resume the conversation when the proposal needs revision. A confident explanation from the assistant does not resolve a real dependency conflict or confirm that someone has accepted an assignment.
