Create an entity

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/new

Open Stakeholder Management, then Entity Registry and New Entity. Enter the name, type, category, country and primary contact. Review the region populated from the country and adjust it if needed. Add the legal name, website, contract reference and notes where useful.

The optional review-frequency override is in months and replaces the risk-group default for this entity.

Use website suggestions

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/new

Enter the website and select Fetch & suggest. Compare current and proposed values alongside the source address and reading time. Apply only the selected suggestions, then save the form. Applying a suggestion to the editor does not save it automatically.

Import a list

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/import

Choose Import entities and use a CSV with a header row or AI-assisted paste. Map columns, review the proposed rows and correct required information. A CSV needs name, type, category, country and primary contact name and email. Country accepts a two-letter code or full name.

Select the valid rows, confirm the import and inspect created and failed results. Nothing from an AI-assisted paste is created until you review and confirm it.

Retire a relationship

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/{entityId} (fallback: /stakeholder-management/entities)

Mark as Obsolete hides the entity from active views while retaining its data and allowing reactivation. Deletion has a broader permanent effect on associated records; use the displayed confirmation to review that scope instead of treating deletion as an alternative spelling of obsolete.
