Assess a stakeholder and review resulting risks

Submit the questionnaire and follow the risk hand-off into RMS.

Submit the questionnaire and follow the risk hand-off into RMS.

Complete the assessment

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/{entityId} (fallback: /stakeholder-management/entities). Open Risk Assessment or the supporting-context panel.

Open the entity's Risk Assessment. Review the questionnaire, answer weights and composite score as you enter the actual assessment. Save draft retains work without submitting it.

Check the due-soon or overdue review notice. Submitting the assessment completes this scheduled review and schedules the next one according to the applicable frequency.

Inspect the receipt

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/{entityId} (fallback: /stakeholder-management/entities). Open Risk Assessment or the supporting-context panel.

Select Submit assessment and wait for its analysis result. Review the composite score and the risks recorded, already tracked or skipped as duplicates. A receipt can report that some risks failed to record and will be retried on a later submission.

Open the recorded risks in Risk Management. They await review there; inspect their details and activate or adjust them through the RMS workflow. A submitted stakeholder assessment is not the same as an approved active risk.

Keep the supporting context current

Product location: /stakeholder-management/entities/{entityId} (fallback: /stakeholder-management/entities). Open Risk Assessment or the supporting-context panel.

Use the entity's Documents, Components, Products and Processes tabs for the relevant relationships and process runs. Check the actual linked records before assessing the importance of a supplier to a product.

Revisit the assessment when material facts change. A previous score is a record of that submission, not a guarantee that the stakeholder's current circumstances remain unchanged.
