Select the report
Product location: /reporting/catalog. Choose the report; some catalogue entries open their owning module.
Open Reporting, then Reports. The catalog lists reports available for enabled modules; some open in their owning module. Choose the report that matches the question you need to answer.
Set its parameters and apply or run the selection. For a report marked point-in-time capable, choose As of to reconstruct the supported historical view. Other reports should not be assumed to support historical reconstruction.
Check freshness and scope

Inspect Generated and the current selection. Refresh data can regenerate this selection or all selections in the background. A queued refresh still shows the previous snapshot until the new one is ready.
Not generated yet, a failed generation and no figures for the current filters are different states. Resolve the relevant condition before interpreting a blank result.
Export the result
Product location: /reporting/reports/{reportKey} (fallback: /reporting/catalog). Use the report key from the selected catalogue entry.
Choose Export, select one of the offered formats and request the artifact. The available formats can include PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or a project exchange file, depending on the report.
Download when ready or use Export History for a background job. Inspect the actual file, its parameters and data before using it. This manual does not treat a PDF format label as proof that a particular export carries a verified digital signature.
