Open Proposed facts and inspect the statement and source document. Facts proposed from an upload do not become organisation knowledge until confirmed.
Choose Confirm for an accurate, relevant statement or Reject when the source does not support it or it is unsuitable as a fact. Review the original wording when an extraction loses a qualification, date or scope.
Resolve contradictions

Open Conflicting facts to inspect each pair and why it was flagged. While a pair is unresolved, neither fact is given to the assistant as organisation knowledge.
Choose Keep this one when one statement supersedes or corrects the other. Review the confirmation identifying the fact that will be removed. Use Both are correct only when they refer to different things or circumstances and can both be true.
Check for remaining work

Use Scan existing facts when the stored set needs reconciliation. A scan can stop before reaching the end; work through the returned pairs and run it again if the result reports truncation.
Inspect the surviving fact and its context after the decision. Resolving a conflict makes the surviving information available again; it does not change the underlying source document or independently verify its truth.
