Approve the connection, grant the specific site and choose what to sync.
Connect the Microsoft organisation
Product location: /settings/integrations/sharepoint/new. Connect or choose the SharePoint source from Knowledge Sources. Use the source-specific edit address when maintaining an existing connection.
Open the SharePoint source flow and begin Connect. Complete the approval in the Microsoft tab and return to ComplyTrain. If the popup is blocked, use the displayed approval link.
The connection approval identifies the organisation and permits selected-site access. It does not grant access to every SharePoint site. A separate grant is needed for each selected site.
Choose and grant the site

Paste the address of the site, library, folder or supported sharing link. If the site needs a grant, a SharePoint or Global Administrator must complete that step. The provided hand-off link shows what that administrator is approving.
If the Microsoft approval was withdrawn or expired, renew it through the connection step before expecting existing sources to sync.
Confirm the source

Choose the library and optional folder. Leaving the folder empty selects the whole library including subfolders. Set the source name, sync frequency, destination vault and indexing choice, then confirm.
Inspect sync history and ingested files. A granted site and saved source do not prove the first sync or indexing completed. To pause future syncing while retaining the connection, turn off the source's enabled setting.
