Choose the conversation’s knowledge scope and inspect the sources behind answers.
Start the conversation
Product location: /tenant-context/chat
Open AI Chat, start a new conversation and select an available agent. Choose the knowledge bases the agent may use for this conversation. Check the selected scope when an expected document is missing from an answer.
Ask a specific question with enough context to identify the process, product or organisation fact you mean. Review the underlying source when using the answer to make or record a decision.
Resolve missing context
Product location: /tenant-context/chat
Check source indexing, knowledge-base state and unresolved fact conflicts. A stored file is not necessarily indexed, and a proposed fact is not active knowledge until confirmed.
Use AI Discovery from Settings when you want a guided conversation about organisation knowledge gaps. Choose a focus area or general discovery. Draft knowledge bases need activation before discovery can use them.
Use voice and screen sharing deliberately
Product location: /tenant-context/voice
The voice assistant can answer from documents and examine a screen you share. Review the visible connection state—disconnected, connecting, connected, on hold or reconnecting—and use the session controls for the interaction you intend.
Select the relevant content before sharing a screen. An answer during a conversation is separate from a saved fact, approved document or completed workflow action; inspect the appropriate record when a lasting change is intended.
