Use the Documents dashboard, All Documents, Search and language coverage to find any document across Quality, vaults, Risk and tenders.

Product location: /document-vault. Open Documents.
Open Documents. The dashboard summarises documents from every module, with Total Documents and counts that are Draft, In Progress, Needs Review, Reviewed and Approved. Use the Filter by chips to focus on one standard.
Status Breakdown shows how documents divide across states, including your vault workflow states.
Documents by Standard shows where Quality documents concentrate.
Recent Activity lists recent changes, each marked as a record or a document and linked to its module. Choose View all documents for the full list.
Quick Actions open Manage Vaults, Document Types, Search Documents and Controlled Copies.

All Documents lists Quality documents, vault documents, risk-management documents, tender documents and other modules' documents together. Choose Table View or Tree View:
The table shows Doc #, Title, Status, Type, Standard, Content Type, which is the source, such as QMS or Vault and its name, Language and Last Modified. Use Columns to add Vault, Modified By or Version; your choice is remembered in this browser. Sort by selecting a column heading.
The tree groups documents by source: Quality documents by standard and document hierarchy, vault documents by vault, and other modules in their own lists.
Search by title or document number, and use Filters to narrow by status, standard, document type or vault. Page through the results, 10 to 100 per page. Choosing a document opens it in the module that owns it.
Search by keyword

Search finds documents by name, description and document number across modules. Type at least two characters. Every word must match, and quotation marks search for an exact phrase. Results are grouped as Documents, Document Content, which shows matching sections with a snippet, and Vaults.
Search matches words. To ask questions about document content, use the AI assistant with a knowledge base that indexes your vault; see knowledge indexing.
Check language coverage
Product location: /document-vault/vaults/{vaultId}/language-coverage (fallback: /document-vault/vaults). Open the vault and choose Language Coverage.
From a vault, choose Language Coverage. It shows how many documents the vault holds, how many languages they use and how many translations need to be updated after source changes. For each language, the table shows the number of documents, its share of the vault, translation counts by status (Draft, In Review, Approved, Outdated) and how many need updating.
Use it to plan translation work: a language with many Outdated or needing-update translations has approved text that no longer matches its source. See translations.
