Understand how personal, organisation and module onboarding fit together.
Start with account and organisation setup
Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.
Personal setup configures your own details, login security, signing credentials where available and notifications. Organisation setup records company details, billing choices, the first team and shared company knowledge.
An administrator should review organisation context before starting the more detailed module journeys. Completing one wizard does not automatically complete the others.
Continue with the module you need
Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.
Area | Starting journey | What to check afterward |
|---|---|---|
QMS | Initial manual setup or AI-guided setup, then each standard's setup | Detailed scope, documents, tasks, dates and responsible people |
RMS | Scoring setup and any requested policy onboarding | Active methodologies, thresholds and policy answers |
Documents | Vault access, capabilities, document types and lifecycle controls | |
Products | Profile, identifiers, configurations and markets | |
Media monitoring | Industry, markets, preview and delivery choices |
Available modules and actions depend on your organisation's subscriptions and your permissions. A missing module is an access or configuration question for your administrator.
Check the outcome before handing over

Reopen the relevant settings or created records and check that the intended choices are present. Review any background processing, failed operation or remaining setup prompt. Assign the people who will maintain the module and point them to its task guides and reference documentation.
