Review proposed links and distinguish evidence from an AI assessment.
Choose evidence that addresses the requirement
Product location: /qms/{standardCode}/evidence-proposals (fallback: /qms/standards). Select the requirement or proposal and inspect its evidence.
Open the relevant standard or requirement and inspect its evidence. Supported sources include documents, document sections, form submissions, tasks, external links, knowledge-base references and AI interviews.
Link the specific source and explain what it demonstrates. Use Primary, Supporting or Reference according to the link's purpose. A general reference can provide context without proving the requirement was fulfilled.
A document or process is not always the appropriate evidence. A completed form can directly demonstrate an observation, check or result. To link matching responses automatically, add Link Evidence to a form output rule and, under Where to file the evidence, choose Standard requirement instead of the preselected CAPA (primary). A linked response awaits assessment; linking alone never marks the requirement compliant. Confirm the resulting link in the requirement's evidence and review what the response actually demonstrates.
Review AI proposals
Product location: /qms/{standardCode}/evidence-proposals (fallback: /qms/standards). Select the requirement or proposal and inspect its evidence.
Open Evidence Proposals and use Find evidence to request suggestions. Review the proposed clause, target, rationale and reported confidence. A large search can require confirming its AI-usage scope.
Open the underlying source before Accept. Reject requires a reason so the decision is understandable to later reviewers. A proposal waiting for a decision is not an accepted evidence link.
Interpret assessment results

An AI assessment can indicate that evidence supports, partially supports or does not support a requirement, or that the result is inconclusive. Review the assessed requirement, source version and explanation. AI confidence is not a human approval or an inspection outcome.
Reassess links when the source or requirement changes. When a source is unavailable, repair the link or record the limitation rather than treating the old association as current proof.
