Navigate your workspace
Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.
Open the module launcher to see the modules enabled for your organisation and account. Search for a page or document, or use Ctrl+K (Windows) or Cmd+K (Mac) to open search. Pin frequently used entries with the star and unpin them when your work changes. Restore defaults resets the configured navigation shortcuts.
Your organisation's name can appear as the entry for organisation knowledge. Stakeholder Management is the customer-facing area for entities such as suppliers; Products opens the product library.
Choose a starting path

New learner | Complete account setup, open Training → My Training, then start an assignment. |
Organisation administrator | Complete organisation setup, invite users, assign roles and review enabled modules. |
Quality manager | Configure a standard in QMS, review scope and prepare controlled documents. |
Risk owner | Open RMS, review the methodology and record a risk with an owner. |
Document contributor | Open Document Vault, select the appropriate vault and inspect its document types and workflow. |
Team manager | Open Training → Team and review assignments, due dates and competency validity. |
A page's presence in navigation does not guarantee access to every record or action on it. Account class, role permissions, module availability and record-specific access all affect what you can do.
When something is missing
Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.
Check that you are in the intended organisation and using the intended account. Ask your administrator to check the enabled module and relevant permission. A Training learner account is limited to training and personal settings; adding a shortcut does not expand that scope.
