Use your work overview to find the underlying tasks and records.

Find what needs attention

Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.

Open Dashboard after signing in. Review the available task and action summaries and open the item that needs attention. What appears depends on your account, permissions and enabled modules.

Use the dashboard to choose a task, then read the actual record's instructions, owner, due date and state. A tile or count does not contain all the context needed to complete or approve the work.

Follow the right workflow

Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.

For personal learning, use Training, My Training. For quality work, open the linked QMS task or document. For risk review, inspect the risk's current assessment and evidence in RMS.

Check the destination and organisation context when following a link. If access is refused, request the permission needed for that work instead of assuming the record no longer exists.

Review the result

Product location: /dashboard. Use the module launcher or the named work item; access depends on your enabled modules and role.

After acting, inspect the record's confirmation and current state. Refresh the overview if a summary has not caught up. A completed task, a waived assignment and an approved document are distinct outcomes and should be recorded through their own controls.

Use Reporting or the module's reports when you need a scoped, dated report. A personal dashboard is a work-navigation view, not a complete organisation-wide evidence package.
