Stage a review package and keep mock-audit results distinct from external decisions.
Record the external audit
Product location: /qms/audits. Select External or Mock as described below. The tab and selected record are not encoded in this URL.
Open Quality (QMS) → Audit & Inspection → External and create or open the relevant audit. Follow Prepare an external audit and its evidence room for the complete field, version and selection rules.
Stage the intended documents for the auditor. Review the source and version of each candidate; adding an item to an evidence room is a deliberate selection for that audit's scope.

Generate an export package
Product location: /qms/audits. Select External or Mock as described below. The tab and selected record are not encoded in this URL.
Follow Generate and verify external-audit export packages for version history, download, manifest verification and recovery. In Export Packages, select Generate Package after staging at least one eligible document. Track the job through queued, generating, ready or failed. Download the ready package and use Verify integrity to check its recorded integrity result.
The package includes original evidence bytes, a watermarked summary PDF and a hash manifest. A successful integrity check concerns the packaged bytes; it does not establish that the evidence is sufficient or that an auditor has accepted it.
Use mock audits for preparation
Product location: /qms/audits. Select Mock. For question-bank practice use the selected standard → Mock Audit.
Open Audit & Inspection → Mock for the conversational practice flow. Follow Run and review a mock audit interview for session fields, actual launch behavior, score interpretation and current limitations. The standard-specific Mock Audit page uses a separate question-bank workflow; do not treat the session lists or completion paths as interchangeable.
Treat the reported score as preparation feedback from that session. It is not an external certification decision. Assign concrete follow-up work for weak answers or missing evidence and recheck the underlying records before the actual audit.
